We only accept returns for the purpose of rectifying the item and sending it back to the customer. Please keep in mind each piece is made to order.

The buyer must send details via email explaining what needs to be rectified in the garment.
Returns for rectification can be accepted within 5 days from the day the delivery is made.
Kindly note that we will not process returns on sale items and/or used and/or washed merchandise.
All shipping costs for the returned goods are borne by the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods being returned. We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning any product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it’s original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Refunds are only applicable if you have been delivered a different product than what you ordered and would like a refund instead of exchanging it for the originally ordered item or any other item.
After the first 5 days of delivery, we DO NOT issue a refund. Once your return is received and examined by the Quality Check Team, our Customer Service Department will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If your refund item fails to meet the qualifying conditions (the item is found used, washed and/or damaged), then we will mail your package back to you. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
If you purchase from a retail store or a 3rd party website other than Jasmine and Alaia, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
Exchanges are only permitted if you have been delivered a different item from which you placed the order for.
